测试原理与方法:
模拟切割过程
固定刀片垂直对准标准缝线（如3-0蚕丝缝线），以恒定速度下压切割，高精度传感器（分辨率0.001N）实时记录力值变化。
三点测量法
分别检测刀片前、中、后三点的切割力，取算术平均值作为最终锋利度值。
结果分析
自动生成“位移-力值”曲线，识别峰值力与异常波动（如多次超限），判断刃口是否存在卷刃、崩刃等缺陷。
Testing Principles and Methods:
Simulate cutting process
Align the fixed blade vertically with the standard suture (such as 3-0 silk suture), cut at a constant speed, and record the force value changes in real-time with a high-precision sensor (resolution 0.001N).
Three-point measurement method
Measure the cutting force at the front, middle, and back points of the blade separately, and take the arithmetic mean as the final sharpness value.
Result analysis
Automatically generate a "displacement force value" curve, identify peak forces and abnormal fluctuations (such as multiple exceedances), and determine whether there are defects such as curled or broken edges on the cutting edge.
